To Search for an Individual:

A note on Searching: You may search by one of the following three methods, Credential Number, SSN and DOB, or First and Last Name. Searching by the Credential Number or SSN and DOB alone is the most efficient way of searching. Please be sure to avoid spelling errors and/or transposing the numbers during your search if you are searching by Credential Number or SSN and DOB

Note: Do not enter the leading zeros of the Credential Number. Example - 001234 should be entered 1234. If Searching by SSN, the entire SSN must be entered, with or without the dashes.

*You may also use the asterisk (*) key to perform a wildcard search by entering the first three letters of a last name followed by an asterisk.
